Basa Indiana With Olive Oil And Paprika Scented Laccha Pyaaz (Gluten & Lactose Free)
 


Method
  1. Marinate the fish with salt, lemon juice and olive oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Now add the dry powders to it and keep aside for half an hour.
  3. Cook on a griddle using olive oil.

Ingredients
  • Basa fish (fillet) 1
  • Olive oil 50 ml
  • Lemon juice 25 ml
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder ¼ tsp
  • Basa Indiana With Olive Oil And Paprika Scented
  • Laccha Pyaaz (Gluten & Lactose Free)
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Cumin powder ¼ tsp
