  • Mix carrots and milk in a heavy kadai or nonstick pan.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, till carrot is soft and moisture evaporates.
  • Add ghee and sweetener, stir and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
Serves 2
  • 2 cups fresh carrot peeled and grated
  • Artificial sweetener as per taste
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tsp. ghee
