Add Firmness and Strengthen Breasts
Anju Poddar
From time immemorial, female breasts have been the objects of desire and allure. Women look at them as their prized assets. They always want fuller and bigger breasts and try every option for increasing their size.

Women have been taking various pills, applying creams, and with modern technology, they have also opted for breast augmentation surgeries. However, eating particular kinds of foods can also help to add more mass and firmness to breasts. And this is by far the healthiest option.

It has been found that food having natural estrogen – PHYTOESTROGEN – helps increase the mass of breasts and makes them firm. One should eat food with high proteins.

Wonder Foods

It is an estrogenic herb containing high amount of estrogen and phyto- nutrients. For centuries, fennel has been used for enhancing breast milk supply and increasing breast size. Phyto-nutrients are nutritional substances that are found in plants and are helpful in increasing breast size. Fennel seeds are loaded with flavonoids. Flavonoids promote the growth of tissues in breast leading to an increase in breast size.

Saw Palmetto: It is also an estrogenic herb and contains estrogen and phyto-nutrients. Saw palmetto promotes breast size due to its high content of estrogen.

Wild Yam:
Just like fennel and saw palmetto, wild yam too contains high amount of phyto-nutrients that encourage the growth of breast cells.

Sesame seeds: Sesame seeds are packed with nutrients such as calcium, iron, protein and phosphorous. The unique combination of these nutrients helps to increase the firmness of breasts and also increase breast size.

Flax seeds: It has been recently discovered that flax seeds are useful for increasing breast size because they are very rich in phyto-nutrients as well.

Fenugreek: A synthetic form of estrogen is present in fenugreek, which causes breast cells to grow. It also promotes water retention, which also results in an increased breast size. Fenugreek helps in regulating hormones too. This can promote breast enlargement as well.

Others: Alfafa sprouts, soy milk, whole grains like oats, brown rice and wheat, fruits and vegetables like drumsticks, are some other foods that can increase your breast size.

Exercise for Shapely Breasts
Exercises do not increase the size of the breasts, but the muscle mass underneath the breasts increases.Increased muscle mass of the pectoral muscles gives the illusion that your breast size has increased because the muscle pushes the breast out.It is easy to increase the chest muscles lying under the breasts by completing each chest exercise, two to three sets, of 10 to 12 repetitions.Use free weights with a weight that fatigues your muscles at the last repetition.

Chest Fly: Performing the chest fly strengthens the chest, focusing on the outer muscles. Lie on a bench or floor with weights. Extend your arms in front of you like you are hugging a tree, keeping a slight bend in your elbows. Facing your palms inward, lower the weighs out to the side, stopping at shoulder level. Inhale and bring the weights back up over the chest and repeat.

Chest Press: The chest press works the major muscles of the shoulders, triceps and chest. Lie on a bench or floor and hold weights over your elbows bent at 90 degrees. Press your arms straight up without locking your elbows, and then lower them back to the starting position.

Push Up: The push-up works almost every muscle in the body, with an emphasis on the chest and arms. Lie face down on the floor while placing your hands shoulder-width apart under your chest. For an easier version, complete the push-up on your knees; for a more challenging push-up, complete it on your toes. Bend your arms and lower your body as far down as you can. Straighten your arms and push your body back up without locking your elbows.
Some More Tips
  • To add firmness to breasts, one needs to practise a few yoga asanas like Bhujangasana, Gomukhasana, and Surya Namaskar on a regular basis.
  • For adding mass to breasts, one should soak 2-3 chhohara (dried dates) in milk overnight and then bring it to a boil in the morning and drink the thick milk along with chewing the chhohara.
  • Dancing is also a good way to strengthen breast muscles especially when performing body isolations in various dance forms.
  • Massaging olive oil over the breasts is also beneficial.
