Egg Up On Beauty!

Step aside from the age-old debate of who arrived first (the hen or the egg) and there is no denying the fact that egg has all the components to develop a new life. Egg, with its complete nutritional value, containing high protein, Vitamins A, D, E and B, fat, enzymes, and minerals like iodine, sulphur, zinc and iron, has several benefits.

Raw egg, high on its protein content, promotes hair growth, prevents hair fall and also adds shine and lustre to the hair. Egg can do wonders to the face; some people believe its effects are similar to a short-term face lift, as it’s a great remedy for skin tightening. No matter what hair care and face products are available for our pick off the rack, natural home remedies can still give them a run for their money.

Egg Yolk In Hair Care
Hair loss is a result of lack of vitamins, heredity and poor nutrition to the scalp. Egg, being a good source of protein, furnishes the scalp with the required nourishment.

  • The egg yolk, rich in Vitamins A, D and E, acts as a good conditioner for dry and damaged hair and can be used for any type of hair.
  • Vitamin B in the egg yolk increases blood circulation on the scalp.
  • The fat present in the egg yolk moisturizes the hair strands deeply.
Egg not only promotes hair growth but also makes the hair silky and shiny. Egg yolk hair treatment is not only an inexpensive way, but is also a healthy and safe way to get smooth and moisturized hair.
