Prolapsed Uterus


Prolapsed uterus is a condition where the uterus loses its normal position and slips downwards due to weakened pelvic muscles or ligaments.


  • Prolonged labor

Symptoms may not be present in a mild prolapse. In other cases, they include:

  • Maintaining a healthy weight
  • Avoiding heavy lifting
  • Avoiding and promptly treating conditions like cough and constipation
  • Avoiding smoking
